IMPORTANT NOTICE & SERVICE TERMS
General Service Notes
- •Screen and sill cleaning are complimentary with every window service.
- •JS Windows Cleaning Services will get 80–95% of the sill cleaned during the complimentary cleaning, depending on the style of the sill.
- •Screens and sills are cleaned with a soapy wet towel.
- •Detailed sill cleaning is available upon request for an additional cost.
- •Additional charges may apply where there is extra ladder work, furniture moving, nicotine residue, exterior obstacles, etc.
- •Gutter cleaning prices will increase if gutters are frozen at the time of cleaning.
- •Final charges will be determined at the job site.
- •Payment is due upon completion of work unless noted on the estimate.
Company's Responsibility / Liability
- •JS Windows Cleaning Services is a scratch-free company and does not use razorblades during standard window cleaning unless requested by the customer.
- •JS Windows Cleaning Services shall use typical care when performing all services.
- •Due to problems with poor-quality glass and glass coatings, JS Windows Cleaning Services is not liable for any scratches on any windows before, during, or after the window cleaning process.
- •JS Windows Cleaning Services shall not be held liable for damage to any object that results from preexisting conditions.
- •Garage door grids, inserts, and decorative panels may be brittle, weathered, sun-damaged, or otherwise weakened from sitting outside and normal environmental exposure. Customer agrees that removal, cleaning, or reinstallation is performed at customer risk, and JS Windows Cleaning Services is not liable if these grids crack, break, warp, loosen, or otherwise become damaged despite reasonable care.
- •JS Windows Cleaning Services is not liable for etching or fogging on the windows due to the use of chemicals that may be used to remove stains at the customer's request.
- •Customers acknowledge that some paint, silicone, hard water, tree sap, or concrete may be left on windows after window cleaning.
- •The customer agrees to the terms of the agreement by signature or scheduling work.
Customer's Responsibilities
- •Customers are encouraged to raise all blinds, shades, or curtains prior to the window cleaning appointment.
- •Customers are encouraged to move property that may interfere with services, as JS Windows Cleaning Services is not liable for any damage to property moved by JS Windows Cleaning Services.
